Care Guides/ Returns & Product Concerns

Care Guides: 

• EIS Sun Shirts: • Wash inside out with cold water and use a mild detergent. NO fabric softener or bleach. Lay flat/hang dry only

• All Shirts ( except sun shirts): • Wash inside out with cold water and use a mild detergent. NO bleach or fabric softener! Hang dry, do not dry clean. 

• Jackets( Vests/Soft Shell, Vortex): Use a damp towel to remove any dirt or residue on the jacket and let air dry! • Wash inside out with cold/warm water and use a mild detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry low, do not dry clean.NO bleach or fabric softener!  

• Bags: Use a damp towel to wipe off any residue or dirt and allow to air dry!  Do not machine wash or dry! 

* Masks or gaiters do not replace a N95 or Surgical masks* 

• Gaiters/ Full Logo mask:  Wash with cold water and use a mild detergent. No fabric softener or bleach. Lay flat/ hang dry! 

• Single Logo masks:  Machine wash on gentle and use a mild detergent. No fabric softener or bleach. Lay flat/ hang dry ( masks are 100% cotton, will shrink if dried)

Returns & Refunds: 

Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect or flaw in the item. All items are inspected before shipping.  Buyer has one week after an order has been received to notify Grand Impression Design about the need for a return. Item will need to be shipped back to Grand Impression Design, at time of arrival product will be inspected and buyer will be contacted about refund. 
All of our items are made-to-order, so please double check your selections before purchase.

If the product has a defect within 15 days of arrival, contact us: grandimpressiondesign@gmail.com with your concerns. Item will need to be shipped back to Grand Impression Design for inspection, upon inspection buyer will be contacted. *Even after the 15 days, if your item has a flaw, contact us! We want you to love your item and get long term use of your purchased item.
